    2 lbs of diced chicken breast (no skin or bone)
    1 10oz package of frozen brococolli
    2 cups of carrots (chopped)
    2 cups chicken broth
    1 cup whole milk
    2 cup egg noodles


cut chicken breast into 1 to 1-1/2" cubes, boil for 10 mins. in casserole dish add chicken broth, milk, brocolli, and carrots. Add chicken and egg noodles. bake for 25 mins.

  • This is so good! I did cook mine on the top of the stove though. Instead of broccoli I used frozen mixed vegetable. My hubby even liked it and that has to be a great recommendation! I will cook this again. - 12/7/08

  • I used mixed veggies and elbow noodles instead of the brocolli/carrots and egg noodles. Then I added a can of cream of celery soup. - 3/10/08
