Introduction

A simple marinade to liven up your chicken breast with a bit of flavor. I like to cut the chicken up after cooking and portion it out into baggies for my week's lunch of salad with this chicken added into it. Ingredients

    Chicken Breast (I had 4.9 lbs total prior to cooking, the packages said)
    6 T. balsamic vinegar
    10 t. blackened seasoning spice

Directions

Marinate the chicken in the vinegar and seasoning while your George Forman grill is warming up.

Once the grill is heated, spray with non-stick cooking spray and add your chicken. Cook on grill for 7 minutes.

Continue until all pieces are cooked.

Cut into strips and portion into 6 oz. baggies when cooled.

Serving Size: 8 6 oz portions
