    1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    1/2 cup frozen raspberries
    1 cup frozen strawberries
    1 medium banana
    1 cup non-fat greek yogurt
    1 cup skim milk


You can try different kinds of berries in this, I choose these because they are low on the glycemic index.


Add fruit, greek yogurt, and milk to the blender. Run on liquify or blend until desired smoothness. Add ice to thicken as desired.
