    1 whole omega-3 egg
    1⁄2 cup frozen green peas
    3 large egg whites
    1 1/4 cup frozen spinach
    1 ounce goat cheese
    1 tablespoon chopped onion
    Sea salt and pepper to taste
    1-2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil



Preheat the oven to 350F. Beat the egg and egg whites in a medium-sized bowl with a wire whisk until blended. Mix in all the remaining ingredients except the olive oil with the eggs. Spread the olive oil in a small skillet and add the egg mixture. Bake in the oven for 1520 minutes, or until the frittata is fully set.
