Ingredients

    1/2 cup Quick Oatmeal
    1/2 cup Greek Plain Yogurt 0%
    1/2 cup low fat ( any Flavor) yogurt
    1.5 cups Skim or 1% Milk
    1/2 cup Blackberries
    1/2 cup Blueberries
    1/2 cup Raspberries
    5-6 large strawberries
    2 small bananas

    Put all the Ingredients in the blander the night before. Let the oat meal sit in the milk over night then it is not gritty. You can use frozen or fresh fruits. If you find it is sour you can a bit of sugar or sweetener.

just blend it all up in the blender :)
