    Red Potato, 375 grams
    Onions, raw, 1 small
    Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)
    Ginger Root, 2 tsp
    Curry Powder, 2 tsp
    Ground Cumin, 0.5 tsp
    Cayenne, 0.25 tsp
    Black Pepper, 0.25 tsp
    Water, 1 cup
    Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup
    Wonton wrappers (includes egg roll wrappers), 8 wrapper, eggroll (7" square)


Saute onion, carrots, potato and ginger until soften (5 min)
Add spices (30 sec)
Add water, simmer (covered) until all water is absorbed (12 min)

Add filling to wonton wrapper, wet edges and seal.

Bake in 375C oven for 12 min.
