Introduction

Ingredients

1/2 cup orange juice
2 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. lemon peel
Ground black pepper, dash
Tips
I use this to marinate roasted beets to use on salad. Use a few tablespoons for the beets and let marinate for 1 to 2 hours. Use remaining dressing for salad.
Directions
Mix together orange juice, vinegar, mustard, and lemon peel in small bowl. Whisk as you drizzle in the olive oil. Whisk well.
