Ingredients

    2.5 cups of sifted flour
    3 teaspoons baking powder
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    3 tablespoons butter
    1 12 ounce bottle light or ultra light beer...

Tips

Grease the pan well.. Let set 10 and then remove from pan to cool.


Directions

Sift flour into large bowl and then add baking powder, salt, and sugar and mix together... Melt butter and sit aside. Stir 12 ounces of beer in to dry ingredients stir until mixed and then put in greased loaf pan and pour melted butter on top. Bake in preheated oven for 50 or 55 minutes...at 350
Degrees....

Serving Size: Bake in greased 9X 5 loaf pan. 10 servings
