Ingredients

    1 Can of Black Beans
    Sweet Corn, Fresh, 2 ears/Medium
    Scallions or Green Onions/1 Bunch
    1 Cup of Ripe Red Tomatoe
    Sliced Black Olives/1 can/2.25 oz
    Cilantro/1 Large Bunch
    Lime/Juice of 1 Lime
    Olive Oil/2 Tbsp
    Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions

Rinse Black Beans, Cook Corn on the Cob in Microwave & then cut off the cob. Chop Cilantro fine, (use food processer), Cut tomatoes, then add rest of ingredients/scallions or green onions/olive oil/juice of one lime and sliced black olives to the bowl and mix.
(sliced black olives optional)
