Ingredients

    1 Spice Cake Mix
    1 can (796mL) Pure Pumpkin
    2 large eggs
    10 dates (pitted)
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
    18 pecan halves

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pan with cooking oil, or prepare with muffin papers. Mix all ingredients except pecan halves in a large bowl. Spoon into muffin tin until 3/4 full. Top each with pecan half.

Bake for 18-24 minutes. Oven times may vary.

Makes 18 generously sized muffins.
