Ingredients

Place frozen banana and three berry medley to blender
Segment two cuties and add
Add 3 fresh strawberries.
Add 1 to 1.5 cups of crushed ice
Add 1 cup cold water
Blend mixture at medium speed until mixture is easily flowing.
Add milk
Add 1 scoop of Body Fortress protein powder or equivalent slowly to drink while blending making sure the powder is thoroughly mixed and blended.
For extra body, blend at high speed for last few seconds.
Tips
Fruit choices are endless but this makes a great smoothie that is easy to make and delicious and had 18 grams of protein as well.
Directions
Place all fruit in blender
Add crushed ice and water and blend.
When blended, add milk and protein powder and thoroughly blend until smooth texture.
