Ingredients

    3/4 cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp dijon mustard
    1 bag (27 pieces) chicken tenderloins

Directions

Defrost Chicken Tenderloins
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Grease Cookie sheet

Meanwhile in a small bowl mix your olive oil and dijon mustard. Then in a Gallon size baggie mix your parmesan cheese and itialian bread crumbs.

Dip the chicken in the olive oil, dijon mustard mix and then put it in the baggie. (about 3 pieces at a time) Shake the bag well so the chicken gets covered in the batter. Take chicken out and place on cookie sheet. Continue until chicken is gone.

Place cookie sheet in the oven and cook for about 25-30 minutes or until done.

Serve hot.
