Introduction
These came out a little too gooey, and the coconut oil has a slightly weird, but not bad, aftertaste.After eating these up, I'm going to try using less fat and subbing butter or vegetable oil for half of it (Maybe 2T coconut oil 2T butter).

Ingredients

Wet:
6 T. each: coconut oil, brown rice syrup
4 T. each: honey, almond butter, date paste
1 T. molasses
1 T. lemon juice
Dry:
2 c. old-fashioned rolled oats
1 c. each: puffed rice, walnuts
1/3 c. oat flour (grind oats in blender)
1/4 c. coconut flakes, unsweetened
4 T. flaxseeds, ground
1/2 t. salt
Tips
some recipes say to bake, i was afraid to crisp them up too much and it's fine raw.
Directions
heat wet ingredients together and whisk until smooth.
stir dry ingredients, then add wet and stir until combined.
press firmly into a parchment-lined baking dish.
chill at least an hour, then cut into bars.
