Ingredients

    Celery, chopped
    Onion, chopped
    garlic, whole cloves
    Simmer these ingredients in a pan until half done, then add:
    Ground Turkey (2 standard packs, 93%)
    In a separate pot add:
    4 cans of no salt diced tomatoes
    4 cans of beans of your choice, rinsed
    jalapeno, diced, optional
    Add chili powder, paprika, cumin, and cayenne

Directions

Simmer and stir for an hour or two.

Serving Size: Makes about 20 servings at 1 cup each.
