A mini-sized recipe, because these cookies are SO ADDICTIVE you probably shouldn't make too many at once! But the best part is...they're good, clean eating! A mini-sized recipe, because these cookies are SO ADDICTIVE you probably shouldn't make too many at once! But the best part is...they're good, clean eating!

Ingredients

    1/4 cup Naturally More almond butter (my personal favorite brand)
    1/4 cup almond meal, aka almond flour
    1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
    1 tsp vanilla
    dash cinnamon
    3 tbsp cup-for-cup stevia
    1/4 tsp salt or nusalt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl using a spoon.
Drop by 1/2 tbsp fulls onto the parchment paper lined sheet and bake for 10-13 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 10 cookies
