Ingredients

    6 oz container plain greek yogurt
    1/2 c canned 100% pure pumpkin
    1/4 t cinnamon
    sweetener, to taste
    1/4 c granola

Tips

You can nearly cut the calories in half by omitting the granola, but it adds such a nice crunch and flavor, and it's still very low calorie! Feel free to experiment with different spices!


Directions

Combine first four ingredients, and stir until combined and smooth. Top with granola. Enjoy!
