1 Med. Red Bell Pepper chopped
1/2 c. Sweet Onion chopped
1/2 c. Mango diced
1 tbsp. honey
1 oz lime juice
1/4 c sofrito or chopped cilantro
1/4 c. hellman's light mayo
1 tbsp. sour cream (fat free)
Directions
mix all ingredients together well & enjoy with crackers, on wheat breast, on salad greens or as is.
