I consolidated all the ingredients minus the salmon and then we brushed it onto the salmon before grilling it. It was moist and so full of flavor, my whole family loved it, even the one who claims not to like salmon. Will definitely do again!! served it with a wild rice side dish! Yum!! - 5/8/08

    Good
It was good, even though I left out the lemon zest and used 3TBSP of lemon juice! I couldn't say very good since I am not one who really likes fresh fish! My picky eater (daughter) even liked it as well as my hubby! - 11/14/13
