Ingredients

    1 cake of Nasoya organic extra firm tofu
    5 hard boiled eggs
    4 tbls. of Kraft Miracle Whip Light
    6 tbls. of sweet pickle relish
    mustard to taste
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

boil eggs and peel
press excess water out of tofu
chop or mash tofu and eggs in a bowl. add remaining ingredients and mix well. serve on toasted bread.
