Introduction

Healthified (but still addictive!) cookie dough. Tastes best frozen- chocolately, peanut-buttery, crunchy, doughy and a hint of yummy banana. Healthified (but still addictive!) cookie dough. Tastes best frozen- chocolately, peanut-buttery, crunchy, doughy and a hint of yummy banana.

Ingredients

    1 banana
    1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
    tsp vanilla
    3/4 cup oats
    1/4 cup peanuts
    1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Tips

Will last in freezer for a month! (Although they won't last that long in our house...)


Directions

Mash banana in a saucepan then add peanut butter and vanilla and turn on medium heat. Stir constantly until mixture is heated through. Stir in oats and peanuts. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto parchment or wax lined sheet. Press in a few chocolate chips into each ball. Freeze for 30 minutes or put in fridge for an hour.

Serving Size: Makes 14 Tbsp sized balls
