Ingredients

    9 oz. 85% lean ground beef
    2 Tbs chopped onion
    1/2 cup brown rice (Uncle Ben's)
    1 egg
    Salt & pepper to taste
    2 cans tomato sauce

Directions

Mix first 5 ingredients plus 1/4 cup tomato sauce. Form into 6 meat balls and place in skillet (I use an electric one). Pour remaining sauce plus 1 1/2 cans water. Cover and cook at least 30 min. turning occasionally.

Serving Size: Makes 3 servings of 2 meatballs each
