    2 man fist-sized tomatoes (271g)
    1 leek, trimmed and stripped of any dry outer layers (53g)
    3 hot peppers 5-6" long, stems removed (158g)
    2 5" sprigs cilantro
    1/2t. fresh ground cumin (more if pre-ground)
    1t salt
    2T lime juice, fresh squeezed (juice of one lime)
