Ingredients

    6 c strawberries, halved
    1 c raspberries
    1/2 c sugar
    1/2 c orange juice
    2 cartons oikos greek flavored yogurt ( I've used coffee, coconut, and vanilla, they are all delicious)
    around 1 c low-fat cottage cheese

Directions

Puree everything together and either eat right away or chill to make a little thicker.

Serving Size: makes about 8 1 cup servings
