Sesame noodles with a twist Sesame noodles with a twist

    5ml (teaspn) Soy Sauce
    5ml (teaspn) Toasted Sesame Oil
    20g (tablespoon) Peanut butter (reduced fat)
    20g (tablespn) SatayPeanut Sauce
    40g (2xtablespn) Tahinia
    8floz (1 cup) water
    35g TVP (Soy Mince)
    150g Thick ready to wok noodles
    80g drained Chick peas
    70g drained Pinto beans
    120g Sliced mushrooms


heat up the oil in a frying pan or wok, add the soy sauce, Tahinia, Peanut butter, satay peanut sauce and water, bring to boil mixing all the time, add the mince, mushrooms and noodles, cook for about 10 mins. Serve hot

This is for 1 person - full meal. it is high calorifically. Can be shared between 2 if less of main meal
