    1 *Nectarine
    1/2 can *Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple juice
    no sugar added
    1 Kiwi Fruit, 2 fruit without skin, medium
    1/2 Apples, fresh with skin, )
    1 Plums
    1/2 cup Stevia
    2tbl cornstarch

Tips

cool before cutting for pie and fruit bars, serve hot over ice cream or as dessert with creme topping.


Directions

peel and chop all fruit, place in heavy pot, add Stevia and cook down. add cornstarch and cook until thickens.
