Ingredients

    1 cup coconut milk (or other milk)
    1/4 cup canned pumpkin (no salt, not pumpkin pie filling)
    1 tsp cinnamon, ground
    1 tbsp maple syrup
    1 oz. prepared espresso (optional)

Tips

Any milk can be used--hemp, almond, coconut, soy. Also, you don't have to make this a vegan recipe. Feel free to use dairy milk if desired instead.


Directions

Heat coconut milk in small saucepan on medium heat. Whisk in pumpkin, cinnamon, and maple syrup and heat through. If desired, add a shot of espresso. Happy fall!
