Ingredients

    Beef, round steak, 32 oz ( 2lbs)
    *Flour, white, 1/4 cup
    Salt, 1 dash (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
    Tomato Soup, 1 cup
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 3 tsp
    water 2/3 cup

Directions

Trim round steak; pound well. Cut into 6 to 8 pieces. Mix flour, salt and pepper. Coat beef with flour mix. Place meat & remaining flour mix in baking dish, 12x 8.
Combine celery, onion & green pepper. Microwave at high(100 0/0) until vegetables are tender, 3-5 minutes. Mix with remaining ingredients. Pour over beef. Microwave, covered at high (100 0/0) 5 minutes. Reduce power to medium (50 0/0) Microwave until beef tender, 40 - 50 minutes, rear-ranging pieces after half cooking time
