Carrots, raw, 1 large
*Potato, raw, 2 medium, chopped
1 c. Green Pepper, chopped
1/2 c. frozen peas
1 cup chopped celery
4-6 c. water (or enough to cover meats and vegetables)
1 full package (240 grams) S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix
12 servings Choripdong Mixed 7 Grain Rice, or any long grained rice with beans, cooked according to package directions
Tips
You can use any type of rice or beans and rice mixture you prefer.

Saute the onions till transparent, add potatoes and carrots and cook for about 5 minutes, or till tender.
Slice chicken into bite sized pieces cook thoroughlyand set aside.
