Ingredients

    2 chicken breasts
    8-9 cups water
    3 whole allspice
    1/4 tsp diced garlic (optional)
    5 tsp chicken bouillon
    2 cups chopped carrots
    2 cups chopped celery
    1/2 tsp thyme
    1/2 tsp dried parsley
    1 bay leaf
    6 oz pasta (uncooked)
    1 can evaporated milk

Directions

1-Put chicken breasts, water, allspice, garlic, and bouillon in large soup pot. Bring to a boil. Boil for 30 minutes.
2- Removed chicken breasts from water. Place on cutting board and shred with two forks.
3- Add carrots, celery, thyme, parsley, and bay leaf to water mixture. Boil for 10-15 minutes
4- Add chicken back into soup, bring to boil.
5- Add pasta into soup. Cook for 10-15 minutes until pasta is done.
6- Pour milk into soup. (may thicken with a little cornstarch as well if desired)
Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serving Size: Makes 6 large servings
