    4 oz low fat cream cheese
    1/2 cup white sugar
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1/4 tsp cloves
    4 oz pure pumpkin
    4 oz plain fat free greek yogurt


Beat together sugar and cream cheese, gradually add eggs, blend, add spices pumpkin and yogurt and blend. Pour into ramekins. Bake at 300F 15-20 in water bath.
