    4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary, plus rosemary branches for garnish
    1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
    3 tablespoons honey
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 tablespoons Dijon mustard
    Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Mix all together, cook on medium heat 5 minutes. Pour over pork medallions cut into 1/2 inch pieces, salt & pepper, cook 1-2 minutes per side in pan with oil, then bake with sauce 8-10 minutes
