Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 pounds of ground sirloin
    2 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    1 package, 10 oz. Frozen spinach chopped, thawed & drained
    1 8oz. pkg of lite cream cheese
    1 oz. feta cheese
    1-2 TBS horseradish
    1 TBS favorite mustard
    1 TBS spicy olive mix or peppers

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
mix beef with salt and pepper, divide in half
spread on half beef mixture in bottom of 9x9 ungreased pan
mix all other ingredients and spread the spinach & cheese mixture on top of 1st layer of beef
Spread 2nd half of beef mixture on top of cheese&Spinach layer
Bake in 350 dgree oven for 45-50 minutes until desired doneness is acheived.
Let sit for 10 minutes
Makes 9-12 square servings.
