Ingredients

    1 c. Silk Unsweetend Almond Milk
    1 T. Torani Caramel Sugar-Free Syrup
    1 T. Unsalted Peanuts
    1 T. Jello Oreo Pudding Mix
    1 T. Jello Vanilla Pudding Mix, Fat Free, Sugar Free
    EAS Whey Protein Powder, 1 2-scoop serving

Tips

For thicker consistency, add several ice cubes. Or add a pinch of Xanthan Gum AND a pinch of Guar Gum, about 1/8 t. each. It keeps well in the refrigerator, so you can make it the night before.


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a blender.
