Ingredients

1 Small Chicken Breast (Mine was less than 4 oz raw--adjust the serving size accordingly)
Teryaki Sauce 1 Tablespoon
Low Sodium Soy Sauce 1 Tablespoon (or less)
Tips
Cooking times may vary so keep a close eye on it. I like my chicken very very well done and it was ready after about 8 minutes--even though the manual suggested 18 minutes.
I don't have a removable grill but clean up was still surprisingly easy. Simply unplug the grill, and when it is still hot wipe it down with a damp sponge. No scrubbing necessary.
Directions
Combine sauces and coat chicken in a small bowl. Set aside while grill preheats.
heat grill on medium (My George Forman has a temperature gauge)
Add chicken to the grill when the light goes off and close grill.
Cook for 15-18 minutes for well done (check occasionally--Mine was done much quicker probably due to the small size of meat).
