cucumber - I buy medium size because the larger the cucumber the larger the seeds and my mom says they are no good to eat when they are very large they are only good for seeds at that moment cause they are too old.
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Parsley flakes
Apple cider Vinegar
Sea salt/Pepper to taste
Stevia
Tips
If you want to add other spices go ahead and doll it up. It is delicious I won't ever buy pickles again.
Directions
peel cucumber, then slice in medallions, add ingredients and mix refrigerate for 1 hour. I pour off the liquid in to a bottle for my cucumber vinaigrette it is a 2 in one
