Ingredients

    4 cups cooked rice
    6 oz low sodium spam
    3 eggs scrambled
    1/4 cup soy sauce

Tips

Adding green onion is good with this as well


Directions

warm up cooked rice if left overs
cut up spam into bite size pieces
scramble 3 eggs
after rice is warm add soy sauce and mix evenly, move to side of pan, leaving area to add 3 eggs and scramble on side of pan without rice. Add spam and warm.
