    Island Oasis Non-Fat Yogurt, 3 oz
    TruMoo Chocolate Milk, 1/2 cup
    JIF creamy peanut butter, 2 tbsp.
    Ice, shaved, 1 cup

Directions

Place all items in a blender and blend until mixed. Enjoy!
