My husband and I were just talking about this recipe. My mom used to make this every spring. It's delicious! Can't wait until my asparagus comes up! - 3/2/10

  • Incredible!
I used Sara Lee Whole Wheat White Bread for the toast - and only half the asparagus - yum! - 3/14/18

  • O.K.
Everyone else loved this recipe... My fresh asparagus was very thin. Maybe I did not chop fine enough. I liked the high protein of this recipe. I only used 1 cup of asparagus and it was still plenty for two pieces of toast. It was too crunchy and all asparagus with a little cream sauce. - 1/11/11
