Introduction

Ingredients

    1 1/2 C tortelloni
    2 zucchini, chopped
    1 C whole mushrooms, quartered
    1 1/4 C onion, chopped
    1 large pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
    1/4 C General Tsao's sauce
    7.4 oz tofu, extra firm, cubed

Tips

If you like it extra spicy, add some red pepper flakes or jalapenos.


Directions

Boil your tortelloni according to the instructions on the container. In a large skillet or wok, saute your veggies and tofu in the oil. When they are mostly cooked, add your pasta and sauce to the pan. Cook until the veggies are completely done and it is well melded.
