Ingredients

2 cups warm water
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
2 envelopes dry yeast
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
6 cups flour
melted butter -- approx. 1/2 cup
Directions
Mix first 6 ingredients. Add flour 2 cups at a time. Place dough in greased bowl and cover. Refrigerate for up to 5 days. Punch dough down as necessary as it rises. To make rolls, roll dough out on floured surface, and brush dough with melted butter. Shape dough into rolls and place on baking sheet. Let rise until about double in bulk. Bake in 400 degree preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. Makes about 4 dozen (48) rolls.
