Ingredients

    Turkey, Ground Turkey 99% Fat Free, 1 lb.
    Del Monte Southwest Corn with Poblano and Red Peppers, 15.25 oz can
    Tomatoes, Diced, HEB Chili Style 14.5 oz can
    HEB petite diced tomatoes, 28 oz can
    HEB All Natural Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    garlic, cloves of, 2
    Red Onion (1serving = 1 med onion), 0.5 onion
    Chili powder, 3 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    Paprika, 1 tsp
    Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, 1 tsp
    Salt, 0.5 tsp
    Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp

Directions

Brown onion and garlic in olive oil. Add ground turkey and brown. Transfer to crock pot. Add remaining ingredients. Cook on low 4 to 5 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1 cup servings
