Tips

A Closer Look at the Ingredients
Lemon or lime: lemons (or limes) are packed with vitamin C, glutathione, and other beneficial nutrients that help your body to loosen and flush out more toxins from your digestive tract. Lemons are also diuretic which keeps your urinary tract toxin-free. Click here and discover why you should start your day with lemon water.
Cucumber: cucumbers are mainly water which makes them an excellent veggie to flush out more toxins and rehydrate your body. They contain anti-inflammatory compounds and are a good source of vitamin A, C, K, calcium, and potassium.
Ginger: adds some zing to your juice and helps to cleanse your system. It improves digestion and settles your stomach.
Parsley: packed with vitamin A, C, and K to boost your immune system and cleanse your kidneys and bladder.
Cayenne Pepper: stimulates circulation and toxin elimination.
Melon: melons alkalize your body and consist mainly of water to give your kidneys the breathing space they need to work more efficiently. All melons have great cleansing properties, but honeydew is particularly rich in cleansing antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and digestive enzymes to support your filtering systems

Directions

Juicing Directions for a Juicer
• Juice parsley, ginger, lime, melon, and cucumbers.
• Pour over ice cubes and add a dash of cayenne pepper (or more if you don’t mind the taste)
Juicing Directions for a Blender
If you don’t have a juicer, your blender will do just fine. If you have a high-speed blender there will be no need the peel the cucumbers.
• Blend all ingredients, except for the cayenne pepper, until smooth. You may need to pause and push the ingredients down a few times to help your blender along.
• Use a nut milk bag or fine strainer to separate the juice from the pulp.
• Pour over ice cubes and add a dash of cayenne pepper (or more if you don’t mind the taste)
