Ingredients

2- lbs pork shoulder boneless ribs
1-large onion(Quartered and diced to 1/4" pieces)
1/3-cup low sodium soy sauce
1/2-cup ketchup
1-ybsp yellow mustard
3-tbsp brown sugar substitute
1-tsp bottled minced garlic
1/4-tsp ground black pepper
2-tbsp cider vinegar
1-tsp celery seed
Directions
Brown pork shoulder ribs in a non stick pan on all sides. Place into the crock pot and top with the diced onions.Combine the rest of the ingredients in the same pan and bring to a boil while stirring. Pour over onions and ribs. Cook on high for five hours. After that you can either shed with a fork(bbq pulled pork) or eat as whole ribs.
