Ingredients

1 15 oz can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
1 12 oz can Chunk Light Tuna in Water, drained
1/2 Red Bell Pepper, diced
1/4 cup Red Onion, diced
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh Parsley
1/4 cup Fat Free Mayonnaise Salad Dressing
1/2 tsp. Chili powder
1/4 tsp. Cumin powder
1/4 tsp. Ground Cayenne Pepper
1/4 tsp. Salt
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions
In a medium bowl, flake tuna with a fork.
Mix in black beans, red pepper, onion, and parsley.
In a small bowl, stir together fat free mayonnaise and spices. Mix dressing into tuna and stir until combined.
Serve as desired.
Serving Size: Makes 4, approximately 3/4 cup servings.
