My whole family really liked these cookies. The only thing I missed was the gooey middle and the crunchy outer rim of my usual cookie recipe (which uses 2 sticks of butter - ouch!). These were crispy all the way through, kind of like a store bought cookie. But the taste is great! I will make again. - 7/15/12
