Ingredients

    1 frozen banana (cut in slices)
    3 tbl fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt
    2 tbl peanut butter
    1 tbl (heaping) 100% Colombian coffee grinds
    1 tbl pure cocoa powder
    1 cup non-dairy milk (Almond Breeze Almond Coconut Blend, Unsweetened or other)

Tips

You can use water (1/2 cup to start, until it reaches your desired consistency) and ice cubes in place of the non-dairy milk. It will give it a thinner consistency, but will also cut 60 calories, etc.


Directions

Place ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
