Introduction

I used three large chicken breasts, weighing at least 6 oz. each. I used three large chicken breasts, weighing at least 6 oz. each.

Ingredients

    3 large chicken breasts, or 18 oz worth of chicken breasts
    Queso Blanco, 0.5 cup
    Sour Cream, 1 cup
    Bread Crumbs, 1 cup

Tips

You can use Parmesan cheese, I used Queso Blanco because I had it on hand. The saltier the cheese, the better. The original version uses mayonnaise instead of sour cream (more calories with mayo).


Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Coat chicken in sour cream, cheese mixture, then coat in bread crumbs. Arrange chicken on baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes or until internal temperature reached 160 degrees (meat thermometer).
