3 tbsp JIF creamy peanut butter
0.25 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
.25 cup Granulated Sugar
.25 cup, packed Brown Sugar
2 oz Plain non fat yogurt
2 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw
5 tbsp Ground Flax Seed Meal
0.75 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Flour, white
.5 tsp Baking Powder
.5 tsp Baking Soda
2 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
.25 cup Honey
1 1Tbs Canola Oil
Tips
Bake for 12 or 18 minutes. 3 Mini-Muffins equals 1 large muffin
Directions
mix wet ingredients, mix dry ingredients, fold together. Spray mini muffin tins with cooking spray. Bake mini muffins at 350 for 12 minutes. Bake large muffins at 350 degrees for 18 minutes.
