Introduction
I met a Vitamix guy at Sam's Club and after looking on his website, I decided to try this recipe. I really don't like it. I think it should have been made with cream and no sweetness. Ingredients

6 plum tomato Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
1 tbsp Agave Nectar w/Inulin & Calcium Xagave (by YIAYIA-THALIA)
4 oz Silk, Light Original Soymilk, as of 9-13-14, 1 C
2 clove Garlic
1.236 oz baby carrots
.125 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice
1 dash Salt
1 dash Pepper, black
.5 tbsp Basil
1 oz Cream Cheese
Tips
I personally didn't like this and will tweak it next time, but needed the nutritional info for this 1st time. I look forward to altering it, because it was really easy to make.
Directions
Core 6 Roma tomatoes and cut into 4 pieces. Put in the Vitamix with 1 T agave.
In a small pot heat the soy milk until bubbly and then add some sprinkles of lemon juice and continue to cook for 1 more min..
Add the minced garlic and minced carrots and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes until the carrots are tender. Stirring often.
Add this mix on top of the tomatoes in the Vitamix and start on Variable 1 then slowly advance to High 10 for 5 minutes and 45 seconds.
Lower to Variable 1 and add some cream cheese, basil and salt and pepper to taste.
Makes 2 servings of about 1 C each.
