    1 cup fat free milk
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs
    3 cup oalmeal
    1/2 cup chocolate chips or
    1/2 cup chopped apple
    1tsp. cinnamon

Directions

blend milk, applesauce or oil, eggs, and baking soda. add oatmeal, chips or apples
bake at 350 for 20 minutes
